GET FIT STUDIO BY SARAH

GET FIT Studio can help you accomplish your fitness goals. Whether you are new to fitness classes or a seasoned pro, GET FIT Studio will challenge you to keep pushing yourself through engaging exercises and classes. Our experienced fitness instructors are very knowledgeable and will work with you to reach your goals. GET FIT Studio offers weekly classes throughout the year, 6-7 days a week for a wide variety of exercises including Spin, yoga, pilates, tabata, group strength, senior Golden Fit classes, and much more. Classes are offered during mornings, evenings and weekends! Cant make it in person, we offer 3 virtual classes per week you can do anytime that works for you in your home or office.  Check out our calendar to discover the other specialty classes provided such as candlelight yoga, make and take craft events and ladies night out with local hand made artisans and more!

Join Sarah from GET Fit Studio Fitness & Massage for everybody for a local fun run or walk. All proceeds will be benefiting the Massage Therapy Foundation, as Sarah has the unique opportunity to run the Boston Marathon® with a charity bib from MTF & John Hancock.

This event will be held at the Halfway Creek Park Band Shell and trails in Holmen, WI. This beautiful trail has no traffic to worry about and is an out and back course. You can run or walk. We have a 2 mile run or 5k run/walk distance.

This event will be a gun start time and timed by local volunteers. We will offer medals for top 3 finishers in each age group as well as 2 mile youth finishers.

Sarah is offering a youth running group starting in May for 6 weeks to get the kids trained for a 2 mile run. No experience necessary. Let’s get out and get moving!
