HIIT  the water with Sarah

Join Sarah September through May at the Days Inn pool for this fun class, Sundays at 7 pm and Tuesdays at 11 am.  This is a water fitness class taught by Sarah at the Trempealeau Pool, Sunday and Wednesday nights during June, July and August.

Sarah Teaches this class at the Holmen Pool Monday nights at 8 pm and Tuesday and Thursdays at 11 am.
