This is a water fitness class taught by Sarah at the Trempealeau Pool, Sunday and Wednesday nights during the summer. All ages and levels are encouraged to try this low impact water workout. This class combines HIIT or Tabata style training in the water for a great total body workout. We use equipment like water dumbbells, kick boards and aqua jog belts. This class has great music and a fun environment. Classes fill quickly so make sure to reserve your spot! Not a swimmer? Take a spot in the shallow end!
