A class that will build endurance and strength. This class is most like lifting or being in a weight room. We will use weight bars, bands, TRX, Kettlebells, Ropes, Bench Press, pull up bar etc. We will focus on all the major muscles groups. Each client can pick the weight that is best suited for them.
Kettlebells & Ropes
A client favorite! This is a strength and endurance class that will challenge you. We use various sizes of kettlebells and battle ropes. The ropes and kettlebells will give you a low impact cardio workout while gaining strength and stamina.
This class is a shortened 30 minute blast for those who love, love, love cardio! You will warm up quickly with bursts of cardio movements and as always modifications are available. Remember good things come to those who sweat!
Bosu, Balance, & Bands
This class will help you improve balance, coordination and core strength. You will perform a variety of exercises using the bosu balls, resistance bands, and balance discs.
