Also known as HIIT or “Insanity,” Tabata is a high intensity interval training program. It is 8 rounds of different timing formats such as 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest or 30 seconds on and 15 seconds off. This workout will build endurance and strength. We use a variety of tools such as weights, sliders, balls, bands and body weight. This class is shorter in length for a reason!
