TRX is a suspension training system that allows a person to work against their own body weight to perform 100’s of moves. We work all muscle groups while using TRX. TRX can be performed standing facing the mount, reverse facing away, also from plank position or from lying supine on your back. This class will develop strength, balance, and flexibility and core simultaneously. TRX strength will use other tools in the class to work on strength moves.
