SGPT (Small Group Personal Training)

In this Personal Training format 2-4 clients work on their specific needs for one hour. We do a fitness assessment with weights, measurements, BMI readings and strength tests each month to monitor improvements and show results. You can focus this hour on what you want and make this work out about you. This small group setting will allow you to have more individual attention and motivation from others in your small group.

One-on-One Personal Training

This is a one hour individualized class with just you and Sarah to focus on the specifics of what you need. This is YOUR time! Work with Sarah to develop a fitness routine and set goals. Great for beginners wanting one on one instruction or for individuals working towards a goal. We can also do a fitness assessment with weights, measurements, BMI readings and strength tests each month to monitor improvements and show results.

Partner Personal Training

The same format as One on One Personal Training but with one other person. Find your partner that will push you and hold you accountable to get the results you want. Maybe your Spouse? Best Friend? Bring your Mom! Make it a team effort and have fun getting fit together!
