Spin is a class that will be on the bike for 45 minutes. This class will be a combination of Hills, Sprints, Hoovers, Tabata’s etc.  A great Cardio workout that is fun and challenging.

Spin Fit is a class that will be a combination of on and off the bike with weights focusing on glutes, hamstrings, quads and core!

Spin Renew is a class that will be 30 minutes on the bike full cardio followed by 25 minutes off the bike of Yoga to stretch and relax those muscles.

We currently have 10 SPIN bikes so class size is limited to 10 clients!
