Who is ready for a transformation? We are looking for individuals who are ready to make a lifestyle change. A lifestyle change that incorporates fitness into daily routine, a 80/20 diet, setting realistic goals and helping you achieve them. If this sounds like something you want to do, get registered!
How do I register? You can set up an apt with Sarah to get weighed in, do BMI and BF tests and measurements of arm, thigh, hips and waist. You can start weighing in anytime from January 4th-12th. All participants must weigh back in by March 3rd. No exceptions! A private group will be created on FB where you will log your daily activity, and get help with healthy meals, snacks and recipes.
What is time commitment? This challenge will start January 12th and go 8 weeks ending on March 3rd.
What is the cost? $20 to register, this time $15 goes in the pot and $5 goes to the studio.
The person who loses the most, (we will do a ratio of body weight loss, body fat loss and inches to figure the total of largest amount loss) will win the pot of cash! The second person will win 4 SG PT training sessions with Sarah to use in one month.
Who can join? Anyone! Not a current client? No problem! Sarah hopes to meet with everyone at least 1 time per week, can be in person or online or over the phone. I want to help you make a new routine that will benefit your mind and body!
